- No upload transfer to ToolOrbit servers for tool processing (client-side processing)

5. Storage period
Server log data is stored only as long as required for operation and abuse prevention. Locally stored data can be deleted by users at any time in their browser.

ToolOrbit does not use tracking cookies for tool execution. Function-related local storage may be used to remember settings. No active analytics or tracking services are currently used.

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of ToolOrbit and the browser-based tools provided on this website.
2. Services
ToolOrbit provides free, client-side web tools (including PDF, image, diff, QR/barcode and conversion features). There is no claim to uninterrupted availability or a specific feature scope.
3. Permitted use
The provided tools may be used for lawful private and professional purposes. Misuse, especially for unlawful content, is prohibited.
4. Liability
Use is at your own risk. Within legal limits, no liability is assumed for data loss, inaccurate results, or indirect damages. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
5. Warranty
No warranty is given for uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Changes
The provider may update these terms for future use where justified (e.g. legal, technical, or organizational changes).
7. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, where legally permissible.
